What matters to me...

I’m Mandy Gadsdon.

My focus is on working with you to realise your organisations people potential and to achieve improved outcomes.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years working with leaders and their teams across the public, business, not for profit, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation sectors. I am an active member of a number of boards serving the community and working to create better people outcomes.

I’m passionate about working with organisations to guide them in moving beyond equality and into the space of a true, balanced and equitable workplace culture.

I am an Accredited Mediator accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and recognised by the Mediation Standards Board. My registration can be found here at

I work as an adviser, coach, consultant and leader to help you to realise your organisations full potential.

beyond equality?

What I do differently for my clients

Equality has been on the agenda for years. It's a great aspiration, but simply striving for equality isn't what we need. Quotas, aspirations for balance and taking actions to meet objectives that don't reflect the culture, strategy and goals of the organisation isn't the path forward.

I'm focused on taking those core elements in complex operating environments and tying them together to get you and your team the culture you're aiming to have.

Whether you are struggling with people conflict, strategic planning, complex policy changes, mediation or other change management scenarios, I can help you navigate those so you can focus on the things that matter to you.

I'm looking forward to making a difference to you and your team.
